Statementone Announces On-line Account Aggregation Platform For The Financial Services Industry

Lawrenceville, NJ - February 1, 2001 - StatementOne, an industry leader in web-based financial data aggregation and consolidated performance reporting, announced its break-through product, StatementOne.com. Since releasing the product in October 2000, StatementOne is now providing consolidated statements and performance reporting for over $20 billion (U.S.) in assets, representing more than 500,000 investors.

StatementOne's current clients include ING Advisors Network, a subsidiary of ING Group's U.S. Retail Financial Services division. Four of their five ING independent broker/dealers (B/Ds) have launched the program. Those B/Ds include Locust Street Securities, Inc., Multi-Financial Securities Corp., IFG Network Securities, Inc. and VESTAX Securities Corp. StatementOne's clients private label the product to include their own company name, logo and overall look and feel for a seamless integration.

How StatementOne.com Works

StatementOne.com, a secure, web-based, turn-key service-which delivers consolidated statements and performance reporting to financial advisors (FA) and their clients (investors)-performs its functions without the aid of manual or advisor-level data gathering, as is often needed with other portfolio management and screen-scraping systems.

StatementOne.com is powered by a data processing system known as the Financial Data Network (FDN), which securely gathers, cleans and stores diverse transactional level financial data comprehensively from numerous data custodians. Current interfaces include DST, DAZL, NFSC, PUTNAM and PERSHING, with others in the development pipeline.

Once through the FDN, the information becomes live and can be viewed through a securely encrypted browser. The Web application enables users to run reports for an individual investor or any number of household members.
